Flateck's engineering team is continually developing new testing environments for new industrial technologies, electronic circuits, industrial automation projects, as well as, and maintaining testing methods for older electronic components that are no longer on the market or supported by the vendor.

Our engineers are especially qualified to provide our in-house technicians with all the required support to give the highest amount of customer service to our clients, as well as, assisting all of our clients with new industrial electronic and electro-mechanic projects implementing the latest technologies.

Flateck engineers utilize state-of-the-art electronic instrumentation to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the market.

Quality Assurance

Upon completion of all repairs, all electronic equipment is subject to a careful technical review by our Quality Assurance Engineers to provide the highest level of client satisfaction.

We look over all mechanical items (screws, welding, clefts, cleanliness, connectors and component connection), perform electrical tests (sourcing, working conditions, sign injection), and perform vibration and high temperature tests for predicting any potential flaws that may occur in the near future.

Client Training

Flateck periodically holds in-house training sessions for our clients on various subjects relating to electronic and industrial automation. We continually enhance and update our knowledge of of both client and vendor technolgies.

We conduct training on equipment, such as, Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB, Omron, WEG, Atos, Indramat, along with many others.
